Frequently asked Questions

Do you have a question that you don’t see below? Feel free to send us an email.

  • How soon should I schedule my event/order?

We mostly schedule our events and balloon orders on a first-come-first serve basis. Some balloon colors are special orders and will need additional time to place your balloon order. Placing your order as soon as possible allows us to ensure we have inventory, or a close alternate, for your request. However, our commitment to providing quality service and exceptional customer service allows us to be flexible. We will be able to provide better services for you by letting us know your order at least 2 (two) weeks in advance. For bigger events, such as weddings and quinceañeras, we require at least 3 months in advance.

  • Can my balloons be customized?

Absolutely! We love to personalize and provide the best experience for our customers! Please contact us at your earliest convenience and we can provide a quote after consultation. We also ask that you place your order two weeks in advance for personalization, but we will accommodate last minute requests to the best of our ability.

  • What is the cost for your services?

It varies on the volume and complexity of your request. Our prices include the time it takes to create the design and/or the installation required for the order. Rest assured, we are very detail oriented and make our customers feel valued.

Please note that during peek season, we require $200 minimum purchase for installations.

  • What is the delivery fee?

It all depends on where we are delivering to. Please let us know you want your items delivered and we will include pricing in your quote.

  • Do you do pick-up orders?

Yes! We are located in the McKinley Park area. If you are picking-up we ask that you please come with a vehicle that will have enough space to carry your order. We recommend a SUV but not all orders will require it. We do not assist with loading your car. Please bring your car ready with all car seats down.

  • Can I cancel my order?

The client maintains the right to cancel at any time, however, a cancellation fee will apply since we purchase supplies as soon as your payment is received.

  • What type of balloons do you use?

Our latex balloons are biodegradable which means they oxidize over time, especially when exposed to sun and heat. You can recycle all latex balloons once you are ready! Our foil balloons are not biodegradable but you can recycle them and can also be reused.

  • How long do balloons last?

We use the best quality latex balloons available in the market. However, because of the fragile nature of balloons, the longevity of the balloons will depend on the surrounding environmental conditions. We cannot guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used, specifically outdoors. We will not be held responsible for the condition of balloons after they have been handed over in good condition. This includes but not limited to: damage, leakage, burst, improperly handled/transported/stored items, exposure to heat or cool temperatures, exposure to outdoor elements, sharp edge items, etc.

  • What if my balloons pop?

We cannot guarantee that your balloons will not pop! Once our installations are up, delivered or you have picked-up, we are no longer responsible. All balloon sales are final.

Care Instructions for Balloons:

  • Avoid direct sunlight as the balloons may pop within an hour

  • Balloons will pop/deflate when it rains so keep out of the rain

  • Cold air causes foil balloons to shrink, which makes the balloon appear to deflate

  • Keep balloons in room temperature wherever possible

  • Do not leave balloons in a hot car for a long time

Un-inflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard and should never be left with children without supervision. Store balloons away from pets to ensure that they cannot get themselves tangled with. At the end of a balloon’s life, cut the end of the balloon with scissors to remove any air or balloon gas, then dispose of it.
